Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute Mobile Video solutions.

• Take the lead and act as the main point of contact for all facets of assigned projects.

• Ensure the delivery of contractual obligations on time and within budget while upholding customer satisfaction.

• Utilize project management tools such as schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action item logs.

• Evaluate complex project challenges and devise solutions.

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals, corporate financial targets, and customer satisfaction.

• Engage directly with customers and pertinent senior internal stakeholders.

• Conduct project reviews throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee the overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects.

• Direct and coordinate activities of the project team.

• Contribute to the development of project plans and organizational goals.

• Prepare project status updates for upper management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management is necessary.

• Capability to obtain a background clearance as mandated by government clients.

• Must successfully undergo a rigorous fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. clients.

• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation are essential.

• PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with mobile video technology, wireless/LTE infrastructure, retention/redaction/chain of custody policies and procedures, as well as evidence management software and workflows is advantageous.

• A self-motivated team player who can work effectively with general guidance towards objectives.

• Candidates must reside in the Midwest, South, or Southeast regions due to travel requirements.

• Travel requirement is stated as 25%; however, the Travel Requirements section indicates over 50%.
