This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Strategize, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes while keeping stakeholders updated.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, address obstacles, and communicate status updates to leadership and clients.

• Ensure the quality of project delivery is in alignment with business objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in managing software or technology projects from start to finish.

• Strong grasp of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven capability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively.

• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting role.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• PMP, CSM, or a similar certification is a plus.

• Technical experience or background in managing engineering teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Asana is beneficial.
