Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for counsel, clients, and internal Lighthouse stakeholders regarding managed review projects.

• Provide guidance on review workflow strategies and their implementation.

• Enhance workflows and integrate suitable technology to boost the speed and precision of eyes-on reviews.

• Supervise and oversee the work performed by review team leads and reviewers.

• Develop and execute review plans that comply with Lighthouse standards and specific project requirements.

• Suggest and promote review best practices.

• Communicate with counsel, clients, internal stakeholders, and staffing partners about the review content and progress.

• Deliver daily project status updates.

• Assist in creating review project plans tailored to specific matters.

• Establish quality-control measures for reviews.

• Manage document review teams to ensure compliance with the Lighthouse playbook, throughput objectives, and quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with AI specialists and data project managers.

• Implement technology efficiency enhancements for redaction processes and privilege logging.

• Provide subject matter expertise specific to clients and cases.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives and undertake other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a document review manager within a review provider or law firm.

• Active attorney in good standing in any US jurisdiction.

• Capable of leading and inspiring diverse contractor attorney teams while meeting accuracy targets, project deadlines, and budget constraints.

• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to client satisfaction.

• Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and its objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a client-facing position.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a general technical aptitude.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficient as an end user in Relativity or a similar platform.

• Experience in establishing quality control measures tailored to specific matters and managing reviews across various discovery issues.

• Competence in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• Availability to be on call occasionally and work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
