Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic projects and initiatives aimed at business enhancement

• Assist in the launch and setup of three new operational locations

• Facilitate site launches, customer implementations, and expansion strategies

• Enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality

• Serve as the primary contact for project execution and communications

• Cultivate robust customer relationships, including with Marks & Spencer

• Deliver project updates, evaluations, and performance reports

• Optimize processes and implement automated reporting systems

• Collaborate with operational and data teams to achieve measurable enhancements

• Spearhead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

• Track risks, expenses, and delivery in relation to objectives

• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to compliance standards

• Support sustainability efforts and effective project governance

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations

• Excellent planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities

• Proven success in executing change and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong commercial insight coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Hands-on mindset with the capability to juggle multiple priorities

• PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent qualifications are preferred

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

• Background in logistics, RTP, asset management, recycling, or supply chain operations is advantageous

• Familiarity with process automation and performance reporting is desirable
