Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage software projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects align with defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, developers, and clients.

• Proactively identify risks and address issues as they arise.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of project management processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution.

• Track project progress and modify plans as needed to adhere to deadlines.

• Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely, clear updates to leadership and clients.

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for their mitigation.

• Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.

• Lead evaluations after project completion to capture insights and enhance future projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing software development projects.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
