Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.

• Address project challenges and enhance team capability.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Promote effective communication and cooperation among team members.

• Track project advancement and pinpoint potential risks and issues.

• Execute strategies to tackle challenges and ensure projects remain on track.

• Interact with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.

• Ensure coherence with project objectives and organizational aims.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to scope, time, and budget limitations.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of the role.
