Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and program management initiatives.

• Address project challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Track project advancement, recognize potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges.

• Interact with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from start to finish, emphasizing results delivered within scope, time, and budget limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage project teams and prioritize tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible, with a dedication to achieving project objectives and driving continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
