Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of project and programme management initiatives.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Foster effective communication and teamwork.

• Track project advancements and pinpoint potential risks and obstacles.

• Employ strategies to tackle issues and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Interact with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver updates.

• Guarantee alignment with project aims and organizational goals.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish, focusing on delivering results within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
