Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management initiatives.

• Address project challenges and enhance team skills.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, which include timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct interdisciplinary project groups and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Promote efficient communication and teamwork.

• Track project advancement and pinpoint potential risks and issues.

• Execute strategies to tackle obstacles and maintain project momentum.

• Interact with stakeholders to align expectations and provide updates.

• Ensure that project goals align with organizational objectives.

• Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and performance indicators to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, focusing on achieving results within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to effectively lead project teams and manage task priorities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to cultivate relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are beneficial.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.

• Dedication to accomplishing project objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
