Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer relationships throughout the implementation process to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all scope requirements.

• Manage project scope and adapt to changes in deliverables while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Communicate the implications of changes in project scope and priorities to clients and management, ensuring that all modifications are clearly understood and approved.

• Handle project financials effectively.

• Proactively address project issues to minimize delays and lessen the impact on timelines.

• Keep management and team members updated on customer and project statuses.

• Travel as required, approximately 30–50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing software development projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project progress and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Senior-level project management experience.

• Comfortable managing resources distributed globally.

• Possession of a current, valid passport.

• Legally permitted to travel internationally, including the ability to obtain necessary visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Preference will be given to candidates available to work in the PST timezone.
