Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive project management for various marketing and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of set objectives.

• Create and uphold detailed project timelines, plans, and task tracking systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities and manage dependencies effectively.

• Actively identify, evaluate, and address risks, bottlenecks, and obstacles.

• Lead and conduct regular status meetings, check-ins, and progress updates.

• Oversee and maintain project documentation, workflows, and data tracking systems.

• Foster accountability in execution by following up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Enhance and refine project management processes and workflows.

• Ensure seamless transitions between teams and project phases.

• Deliver clear reporting and insight into project status, timelines, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing or GTM settings.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects and priorities concurrently.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Notion or similar platforms).

• Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market teams.

• Understanding of marketing workflows, campaigns, and execution cycles.

• English Level selection is required on the application form.
