Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee various new clinic development initiatives from the initial planning stage through to the opening and post-launch support.

• Collaborate with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal teams to manage site development, construction, and ensure facility readiness.

• Create and oversee project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

• Work alongside Operations, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and other departments to facilitate successful clinic openings.

• Conduct site inspections, participate in vendor meetings, and track project progress.

• Identify potential risks, tackle challenges, and provide regular updates on project status to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, construction coordination, facility development, or a related area.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, budgets, and tight deadlines.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Experience with new clinic openings, medical office development, commercial leases, construction, or multi-site operations is highly desired.

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is an advantage.
