Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute strategic project plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

• Experience with risk management tools and techniques, including SWOT analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.

• Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and decision-making.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and mitigate project risks and challenges.
