Project Manager – Process Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall organizational performance.

• Convert business requirements into actionable and measurable enhancements.

• Collaborate with operational leaders, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and various stakeholders.

• Assess workflows and pinpoint root causes of inefficiencies.

• Manage projects from initial discovery through to implementation and continuous performance evaluation.

• Support initiatives related to patient intake, referrals, authorizations, care coordination, equipment fulfillment, billing, and other healthcare operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of three years of experience in project management, process engineering, business process enhancement, or operational transformation.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.

• Familiarity with process mapping, root cause analysis, workflow redesign, and performance measurement.

• Strong analytical abilities, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience leveraging data to inform recommendations.

• Proficiency in project management and process documentation tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Visio, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to prioritize competing tasks and influence stakeholders across various departments.
