Digital Transformation Project Manager – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Work closely with internal experts and clients to establish project success criteria and requirements.

• Organize information and communication to enable teams to concentrate on project-related tasks.

• Offer expertise and leadership to assist clients in navigating manufacturing digital transformations.

• Comprehend technical project details adequately to manage and escalate issues as necessary.

• Define project scope and provide quotes for clients.

• Participate in the development of internal processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel around 25% of the time.

• Collaborate with clients, internal technical teams, Sales/commercial personnel, and Tulip’s partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, manufacturing/production operations, management consulting, customer success operations, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions in multi-divisional and multi-geographical settings.

• Familiarity with manufacturing operations.

• Capability to create project plans with owners and timelines, involving teams that comprise customers, partners, and internal resources.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations at the executive level.

• A curious mindset and a desire to help define AI-first delivery strategies.

• Understanding of challenges faced in manufacturing and operations.

• Proficient in communicating across various organizational levels, from shop floor personnel to engineering managers and executives.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous situations while mitigating risks.

• Awareness of the business implications of operational enhancements.

• Preparedness for a start-up atmosphere in a rapidly expanding SaaS company.

• Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to embrace new AI-assisted workflows.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted project management tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Copilot, or Claude.

• Nice to have: Lean/Six Sigma certification.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.

• Nice to have: PMP certification.

• Nice to have: Experience in life sciences manufacturing.
