Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize team capacity, oversee workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog in alignment with business requirements and available resources.

• Develop, uphold, and consistently enhance delivery processes.

• Oversee project plans, timelines, and scope, adjusting them to accommodate evolving priorities and needs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies, and proactively address obstacles.

• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and various team meetings.

• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates regarding progress, timelines, and potential risks.

• Keep project and process documentation current in Notion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of Project Management experience within the iGaming sector.

• Middle+ / Senior level proficiency in overseeing technical projects and teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies.

• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.

• Good technical comprehension of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and inter-team dependencies.

• Capability to grasp business and technical requirements, critically assess estimates, and identify delivery risks.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.

• Experience in establishing delivery processes from the ground up is an advantage.

• Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects is a plus.
