Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct project teams to achieve safe, dependable, and profitable results across scope, timeline, budget, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Formulate and implement project plans, forecasts, risk management strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through to commissioning and project closure.

• Assess cost, risk, schedule, and value trade-offs, making prompt decisions to enhance project results.

• Build and nurture high-performing teams by establishing expectations, providing coaching for contributions, and aligning individual strengths with project and organizational needs.

• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Enhance customer and stakeholder relationships by addressing challenges, fulfilling commitments, and fostering mutual long-term value.

• Oversee the execution of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewable energy, or large capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

• Proficient in managing project scope, timeline, budget, forecasting, risk management, contracts, or customer commitments.

• Demonstrated experience leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.

• Possession of a valid US driver’s license.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

• EPC experience in Utility Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects.

• Experience in leading self-perform construction execution on large or complex projects.

• PMP, CCM, PE, or other relevant project management or construction industry certifications.

• Experience collaborating with Business Development, Estimating, Operations, or customers to support project pursuits, repeat business, and actionable project solutions.
