Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and coordinate project initiatives to meet team and project goals within established timelines and budget constraints.

• Manage cross-functional projects, prioritize tasks, establish and monitor schedules, resolve issues, and ensure quality outcomes.

• Guarantee timely and precise delivery of contractual obligations and essential project documents across various projects.

• Act as the primary liaison with key clients for the implementation of GHX core products.

• Lead coordination meetings and synchronize GHX activities with customer initiatives.

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings to clarify assumptions and expectations, gather requirements, and educate internal stakeholders.

• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines detailing deliverables, milestones, and necessary tasks.

• Oversee and manage project staff, provide insights on at-risk milestones, and devise tactical resolutions and action plans.

• Keep project risk and issue logs up to date; collaborate with functional managers and sponsors to facilitate mitigation and resolution.

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to advance projects in accordance with charters and guidelines.

• Deliver routine project updates and formal presentations to senior client and GHX leadership; escalate issues as necessary.

• Ensure team members uphold their commitments and effectively manage project plans and timelines.

• Support team members with customer-defined deliverables and implementation documentation.

• Maintain product knowledge to enhance delivery efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project leadership positions.

• Proven experience with software development, implementation, or integration projects in a leadership capacity or as a significant team contributor.

• Basic understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Proven track record of delivering project scope on schedule and within budget.

• Experience in managing customer relationships and projects effectively.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills.

• Strong analytical and qualitative reasoning abilities, including diagnosing project performance issues and suggesting corrective measures.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about acquiring new technology skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of solutions.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

• CAPM Certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Experience in managing multiple projects at once, preferably within the technology or healthcare sectors.

• Experience in healthcare technology implementation is a plus.
