Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish project goals that are in line with existing operational frameworks

• Supervise quality assurance throughout the project duration

• Manage the effects of interconnected systems

• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding the mission-critical clinical data repository

• Direct, plan, schedule, track, and oversee project deliverables, objectives, and milestones for PATH workstreams

• Develop comprehensive work plans that outline activities, resources, and objectives

• Formulate and convey project scope, schedule, resource needs, and assumptions

• Chart complex interdependencies across workstreams, including clinical processes, billing, and offline functionalities

• Provide daily guidance and supervision for project teams

• Track progress against objectives and modify plans or resources to accommodate customer and clinical requirements

• Administer project budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee resource utilization

• Enforce review and quality assurance protocols

• Identify and monitor tasks until completion and address any obstacles

• Develop and implement project plans while overseeing timelines and resource distribution

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders affected by project scope, budget, risks, and resources

• Update project status, metrics, scope, and schedule to leadership and team members

• Create strategies for risk mitigation and develop contingency plans

• Identify, address, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software or clinical application projects

• Proficient in project management tools, including MS Project

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Teams

• Preferred experience in healthcare software

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Capability to effectively engage with leaders throughout the organization

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Participation in both internal and external meetings via video calls, as needed

• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client locations, as necessary

• Ability to remain stationary at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods, as required

• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary

• Hand-eye coordination required for operating computers and various office equipment, as necessary

• Vision capabilities, including close vision, tolerance for fluorescent lighting, and focus adjustment, as necessary

• For roles requiring business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, as needed

• For positions involving business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required
