Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage daily project operations to ensure effective execution and delivery.

• Provide oversight on the technical, contractual, administrative, and financial facets of designated projects.

• Supervise project staff, delegate responsibilities, and track performance and task completion.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Collaborate with end users, technical teams, client services, and various project stakeholders.

• Ensure that project outputs align with established quality benchmarks, timelines, and contractual stipulations.

• Supervise the integration of vendor activities and monitor, evaluate, and review vendor outputs.

• Identify project risks, challenges, and issues, and propose effective solutions.

• Utilize independent judgment to resolve non-routine technical, administrative, and management challenges.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance metrics.

• Prepare and assess project status reports, documentation, and other necessary outputs.

• Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with organizational and contractual policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field, or PMP, FAC/PPM, or equivalent project management certification may be accepted in lieu of the degree where applicable.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.

• Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, and deliverables.

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a customer-facing role and managing contractual obligations.

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
