Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to provide innovative, compliant, and efficient facility solutions for clients in life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

• Manage the design process for complex facility projects from initial concept through to construction documentation.

• Ensure consistency with client objectives, regulatory standards, and CRB quality benchmarks.

• Act as the primary design contact for clients, managing their expectations throughout the project's duration.

• Lead and coordinate both internal design teams and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions on time and within budget.

• Define project parameters, create design budgets, and track project progress.

• Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, standards, GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 requirements.

• Advocate for advanced technologies and sustainable design practices, including CFD modeling, energy-efficient systems, and modular construction strategies.

• Recognize design risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays or budget overruns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in design project management, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech facility design.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom design, and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in design software (such as Bluebeam, Navisworks) and project management tools.

• PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with progressive contracting and integrated project delivery (IPD) models.
