Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of standard customer solutions across Coursedog’s product suite in collaboration with institutional stakeholders.

• Take ownership of project planning and execution, managing priorities, project timelines, progress tracking, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate training sessions for administrators and end-users.

• Create scalable training materials and conduct customized campus-specific training sessions.

• Provide support to customers during and post-implementation alongside support teams.

• Assist users in navigating platform-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to address technical integration challenges.

• Collect customer feedback and research insights to inform data-driven feature recommendations.

• Contribute to scalable product enhancements and the ongoing improvement of implementation processes, customer satisfaction, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading software or SaaS system implementation projects.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and track progress towards project objectives.

• Proficiency in identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise across technical, product, and business domains.

• A consultative approach to problem-solving, demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.

• Familiarity with technical concepts and SaaS terminology, including data systems and integrations.

• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Rocketlane, or similar, as well as Salesforce and Freshdesk.
