Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Plan, lead, and execute projects from start to finish by creating schedules, scopes, budgets, and team workflows.

• Drive production processes for web marketing projects, applications, and omnichannel initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Delegate and oversee tasks within multidisciplinary internal teams and external collaborators, keeping all contributors aligned and motivated.

• Own the financial performance of your projects: estimate costs, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure profitability.

• Communicate clearly and confidently: manage expectations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strategic proposals are executed with excellence.

• Anticipate and mitigate risks, staying ahead to keep projects on track.

• Ensure quality across all deliverables, striving for high standards and consistency with the briefing and objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Strategy, Accounts, Data, and Creative to unlock the best outcomes.

• Manage external vendors and teams, including the secure and strategic handling of sensitive and confidential information.

• Continuously improve our project management practices by suggesting better ways to plan, execute, and measure success.

• Adapt and lead across various project types, from digital campaigns to traditional activations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in digital and/or traditional marketing environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of project management tools (Trello, Monday, etc.) and digital production workflows.

• Solid financial skills: ability to estimate, track, and optimize project budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and client engagement.

• High adaptability to changing priorities, with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• A proactive and hands-on problem solver who thrives in high-demand environments.

• Comfortable navigating web and application development processes.
