This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of intricate MCICOM projects, encompassing MILCON and ICG initiatives.

• Manage projects throughout all phases, from planning to execution and final closeout.

• Sustain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path activities, and performance metrics.

• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards that monitor project status, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.

• Collect, assess, validate, and document project requirements as well as those of technical and stakeholder needs.

• Lead project meetings, working groups, and discussions with stakeholders; prepare agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackers.

• Develop, organize, update, and maintain project documentation and data repositories.

• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, financial, operational, technical, Marine Corps, installation, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; assist in crafting mitigation strategies and resolving issues.

• Track project performance and deliver updates to leadership, including metrics, forecasts, and recommendations.

• Aid in project prioritization, change management, resource planning, milestone forecasting, roadmaps, CONOPS, future requirements, and long-term planning.

• Contribute to budgeting, planning, and execution activities of projects.

• Provide direct project management and administrative assistance to Program Managers and the Program Director.

• Conduct data entry, file and records management, document preparation, reporting, correspondence, meeting coordination, and other support tasks for projects.

• Assist in creating leadership briefings, presentations, reports, status updates, dashboards, and management materials.

• Support tracking of program-level activities, decisions, actions, and deliverables.

• Execute additional project management and administrative responsibilities that align with MCICOM mission objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally within federal or Department of Defense programs.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.

• Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation development, and document management processes.

• Skilled in establishing and maintaining data repositories, project records, and information management systems.

• Competent in preparing project status reports, briefings, meeting materials, and other project management documentation.

• Strong organizational, analytical, administrative, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with project teams, Program Managers, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Experience engaging with government or defense stakeholders.

• Active Secret clearance is mandatory.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• PMP certification is an advantage.

• Experience in supporting MCICOM, MILCON, ICG, Marine Corps, NAVFAC, USACE, DISA, or other DoD organizations is a plus.

• Knowledge of MILCON, telecommunications, installation infrastructure, DoD planning, programming, budgeting, execution, project management, and reporting processes is beneficial.

• Experience with requirements management, CONOPS development, project roadmaps, and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
