Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT initiatives across various global locations.

• Formulate and implement change management strategies to enhance user adoption and ensure business preparedness.

• Oversee project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.

• Collaborate with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to secure successful project results.

• Promote governance, communication, training, vendor management, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, digital transformation initiatives, or organizational change management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI.

• Experience in managing risks, issues, budgets, and resources.

• Background in change management, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.

• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and technology projects related to manufacturing.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
