Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate business, operational, and integration projects within an international, cross-functional setting.

• Handle around 4 to 5 projects at once, from initial planning through to execution and closure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and regional teams.

• Define responsibilities, timelines, priorities, and expectations.

• Create and oversee detailed project plans.

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, scope alterations, and potential delays.

• Execute corrective measures as necessary.

• Lead projects that have a substantial operational and commercial effect.

• Ensure timely implementation of regulatory, product, process, and organizational changes.

• Promote Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen workshops and structured problem-solving sessions.

• Monitor and report on project performance utilizing project management tools and methodologies.

• Provide transparency regarding progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.

• Document lessons learned at the conclusion of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Proven experience in managing operational, commercial, integration, or business transformation projects within intricate international organizations.

• Background in highly regulated or complex industries.

• Experience within Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive sectors is highly preferred.

• Official PMP certification is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence practices.

• Hands-on experience with Kaizen, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies is ideal.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence, align, and engage cross-functional teams.

• Strong independence, resilience, creativity, motivation, and drive.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle competing priorities, and quickly adapt within a fast-paced environment.
