This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, coordinate, document, and implement projects awarded by customers in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage client project engagements from the sales transition to ongoing support.
• Develop technology roadmaps and strategies for customer success.
• Act as the primary contact for client project requirements throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Identify, document, and address project challenges.
• Utilize project management software; host regular meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes; create and sustain project plans.
• Lead discussions with clinical and technical stakeholders involved in projects.
• Acquire knowledge about and communicate Baxter’s Connected Care product offerings.
• Indirectly manage both internal and external resources and vendors.
• Achieve or surpass PMO metrics related to project planning, time tracking, documentation, onsite presence, resource engagement, progress reporting, and project closure.
• Convert technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Implement customer-specific communication strategies.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop long-term product and technology strategies.
• Participate in predefined project milestones onsite.
• Anticipate and manage individual revenue targets, provide updates on risks and opportunities, and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Manage an annual revenue target of $3.5M and establish a revenue management strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in project management.
• Experience with external customer projects is preferred.
• Capability to facilitate, manage, and empower large, diverse groups without direct authority.
• Proven ability to take initiative and make decisions; comfortable managing ambiguity with a strong track record of exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem solving using established methodologies.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in engaging and communicating with leadership teams, including C-Suite presentations.
• Successful track record in internal and external communication and relationship management across various organizational levels, from administrative to executive.
• Experience working with fully remote project teams and leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Experience in health care, information technology, or construction environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with a consultative approach to project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or other industry-related certifications are preferred.
• This is a remote, field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel.
