This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute essential power systems projects within agreed timelines and budget constraints.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Report directly to the Operations Director.

• Assume full accountability and independence in driving and successfully completing projects.

• Exhibit exemplary leadership, operational expertise, strategic insight, financial knowledge, and effective high-level client communication.

• Oversee and deliver a diverse range of projects within the power systems field.

• Collaborate with multiple key customers.

• Recognize risks, manage resources efficiently, and make informed decisions under pressure.

• Develop high-performing teams, promote collaboration, handle conflicts positively, and assist in succession planning and employee growth.

• Enhance health and safety culture, quality, efficiency, and operational practices.
