Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver technical direction for various projects

• Manage project performance metrics, including budget, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to contractual obligations

• Guarantee the quality and punctual delivery of all project deliverables

• Maintain comprehensive oversight of project and task performance

• Enforce established work standards and adhere to task schedules

• Review and address work discrepancies

• Supervise technical staff

• Recommend hiring and termination decisions for project staff

• Communicate organizational policies, objectives, and goals to team members

• Assist in budgeting for necessary resources to ensure successful project execution and completion

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 24 credit hours in business-related courses

• A minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience in information systems development and/or project management, including overseeing projects from initiation to deployment

• Possession of a PMP certification is required

• Proven experience in managing a team of technical professionals

• Must be a US citizen to fulfill contract requirements

• Successful completion of a DHS government-issued background investigation is mandatory

• The offer is contingent upon the award of contract to ASRC Federal NetCentric
