This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete project delivery process, from initiation to successful completion.
• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients based in the U.S.
• Provide regular updates on project status and communicate at the executive level.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, KPIs, project health, and team capacity.
• Identify risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies as applicable.
• Promote continuous improvement by refining workflows, documentation, and project governance.
• Prepare executive reports and convey project progress to leadership and clients.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Experience in managing projects within the Technology, Biotech, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with facilitating project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project status reviews.
• Experience in preparing project dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and progress updates.
• Ability to identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project issues.
• Professional/advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1), with experience in direct communication with U.S.-based clients and international teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural setting.
• Preferred certifications include PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe®, or PRINCE2.
• Preferred experience in digital transformation, SaaS, cloud migration, infrastructure, biotech, construction, ERP, or large-scale projects.
• Preferred experience with AI-driven productivity and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI or project portfolio reporting dashboards.
