This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful completion.
• Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Act as the primary contact for clients based in the U.S.
• Provide consistent status updates and communicate at the executive level.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, KPIs, project health, team capacity, and performance.
• Implement strategies for risk mitigation and proactively address project issues.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Promote continuous improvement through workflow, documentation, and project governance enhancements.
• Prepare executive reports and communicate project progress to leadership and clients.
• Support initiatives related to digital transformation and process automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Experience in managing projects within Technology, Biotech, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Proficient in project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Proven experience facilitating project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project status reviews.
• Skilled in preparing project dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and progress updates.
• Experience in identifying project risks, executing mitigation plans, and proactively resolving project issues.
• Advanced/professional English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• Ability to communicate directly with U.S.-based clients, executive stakeholders, and international teams.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, follow-through, and accountability skills.
• Preferred certifications include PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe®, or PRINCE2.
• Preferred experience with digital transformation, SaaS, cloud migration, infrastructure, biotech, construction, ERP, AI-powered productivity tools, Power BI, PMO processes, KPI tracking, OKRs, resource planning, and portfolio management.
