Project Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.

📋 Description

• Support the Project Managers team in organizing and tracking projects for clients and markets in LATAM.

• Monitor tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and upcoming actions.

• Update and keep project management tools and dashboards current.

• Participate in internal meetings, documenting minutes, agreements, and action lists.

• Organize information, documents, presentations, and project materials.

• Assist in preparing status reports and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with strategy, creativity, accounts, and Project Management.

• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest methods to organize or simplify processes.

• Learn to utilize digital tools and AI applicable to daily work and project management.

• Collaborate closely with the LATAM Project Management team and Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• University student or technical training in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, Project Management, or related fields.

• Interest in professional development in Project Management, creative agencies, marketing, or advertising.

• Availability of approximately 25 hours per week.

• Basic proficiency in digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms.

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to organize tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

• Previous work experience is not required.

• University projects, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or experience in organizing people, tasks, or deliverables will be valued.

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Interest in improving skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT.

• Proficiency in English will be considered a plus; advanced level is not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban will be regarded as a plus.
