πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate closely with Project Managers to assist in large, multi-site EPC Valve & Automation projects from the moment of order placement until project completion.

β€’ Oversee project expediting efforts, which include proactive follow-ups with manufacturers and vendors to guarantee timely production, shipment, and delivery.

β€’ Coordinate and monitor essential project milestones, delivery timelines, and long-lead items.

β€’ Manage all project documentation, which encompasses submittals, technical drawings, data books, O&M manuals, certifications, and final turnover packages.

β€’ Engage with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to provide status updates, address issues, and ensure alignment.

β€’ Organize and lead meetings with vendors and manufacturers that focus on production status, documentation progress, expediting, and technical clarifications.

β€’ Assist with customer updates regarding delivery timelines, documentation status, and project risks.

β€’ Help interpret commercial and technical specifications related to valves, actuators, automation, and control systems.

β€’ Identify scheduling risks and support Project Managers in developing mitigation strategies.

β€’ Manage daily project operations, including site acquisitions, documentation tracking logs, and expediting reports.

β€’ Keep precise project records and ensure adherence to internal processes and customer requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, project coordination, expediting, or documentation management, ideally within EPC settings.

β€’ A solid understanding of Valve, Automation, and PVF products, materials, and manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

β€’ Experience in supporting large or national EPC projects with intricate schedules and documentation needs.

β€’ Strong capability to interpret and assess commercial terms and technical specifications.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality outcomes.

β€’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PDF software, and document tracking tools.

β€’ Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

β€’ Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities concurrently.

β€’ Customer-oriented mindset with robust collaboration and problem-solving skills.
