Project Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in enhancing health and human services outcomes through innovative technology.

• Oversee one or more large project management teams by deconstructing extensive technological programs and facilitating project staffing.

• Lead project planning, monitoring, and oversight of assigned personnel by providing guidance and setting deadlines.

• Engage with clients, company representatives, and project team leadership, while measuring and communicating project metrics and statuses.

• Suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all project phases.

• Manage projects involving non-direct reports by escalating risks and employing risk mitigation strategies.

• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist with new proposal initiatives and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience managing intricate projects, programs, or initiatives through a complete project management life cycle.

• Preferred 3 or more years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare.

• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Current knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance techniques.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Capability to translate overarching program objectives into specific project scopes and milestones.

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and guide junior team members.

• Excellent executive presentation skills.

• Proficient in communicating project priorities and inspiring action within both direct and indirect networks and stakeholders.
