Project Lead – App Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development and support of enterprise-level J2EE-based web applications.

• Evaluate products, tools, and APIs provided by SaaS vendors.

• Conduct hands-on research and development on various products, tools, and APIs.

• Determine the viability and suitability of products for the organization's requirements.

• Design, develop, and perform unit testing on microservices and micro frontend applications.

• Operate within a Pivotal Cloud Foundry environment.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.

• Utilize Agile methodology in project execution.

• Offer guidance, support, and mentoring to junior team members.

• Take ownership of issues until resolution is achieved.

• Collaborate with other teams as necessary and manage customer expectations accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8+ years of development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.

• Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with Java EE and Bitbucket.

• Knowledge of Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries.

• Experience with database applications such as Oracle and MySQL, including ORM tools.

• Proficient in utilizing Agile methodology.

• Experience with Python scripts and Unix commands.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk.

• Experience working with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

• Knowledge of at least one listed MarTech integration product.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.
