This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Adhere to safe work practices as well as the safety policies and procedures of both the company and client work sites.
β’ Coordinate the intake and onboarding process upon the receipt of Award Notices.
β’ Monitor outstanding project leadership assignments and executive reviews prior to final setups.
β’ Review successful estimates for completeness and verify project details, scope, and parameters against contractual agreements.
β’ Compile and create formal Project Setup Forms utilizing validated estimate metrics and project information.
β’ Input approved project estimates into Procore to establish baseline project budgets.
β’ Validate and audit cost codes across various platforms to ensure alignment between accounting structures and field tracking.
β’ Submit verified Project Setup Forms to the corporate Job Setup Team for processing in NetSuite.
β’ Lock budgets and cost codes in both Procore and NetSuite to avoid billing discrepancies.
β’ Cross-train on Tier-1 Procore Support Specialist responsibilities, including user provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and tool access.
β’ Provide temporary Procore platform administration support during colleague absences.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Teams, and the central Job Setup Team to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to operations.
β’ High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ A degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
β’ Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Associate, Core Tools) is preferred but can be obtained after hire.
β’ At least 1 year of experience using Procore in an operational role is preferred but not essential.
β’ Experience in construction estimating, costing, budgeting, or related project financial workflows is preferred.
β’ A background in business technology, software support, database management, or general platform administration is desirable.
β’ Basic data entry or database management experience is required.
β’ Exceptional accuracy in data transfer, cost code mapping, and validation of multi-line item budgets is necessary.
β’ Ability to strictly adhere to sequential workflows while ensuring data integrity.
β’ Professional diplomacy is required when addressing incomplete project information from Sales or Project leadership.
β’ Ability to identify discrepancies, confirm accuracy, and uphold high-quality standards across detailed project documentation and system records.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel as needed by E2 Optics.
β’ Capability to sit, use hands and arms, communicate verbally, stand and walk, lift/move up to 40 pounds, carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet, operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary, and work in tight and confined spaces.
