Project Finance Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee FreshWorks support tickets and ensure resolution within the 48-hour service level agreement (SLA)

• Handle user support inquiries

• Offer training and guidance regarding finance system processes, reports, and functionality

• Assist in the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Workday and OneStream

• Analyze, document, and sustain end-to-end data flows across Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems

• Execute data mapping and integration validation tasks

• Aid in system testing, user acceptance testing, and application upgrades

• Create report specifications for Workday and OneStream

• Investigate and resolve issues related to data flow, integration, and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into system solutions

• Work in partnership with Finance Functional Leads and IT teams on automation, process enhancement, and continuous improvement

• Support month-end closing activities by diagnosing system issues and validating financial data

• Ensure data quality through reconciliation, validation, and monitoring of system interfaces and integrations

• Contribute to governance, documentation, and standardization of processes across finance systems and reporting environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or Information Technology

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Preferably experience within a service organization

• Ideally possess direct experience in the Clinical Research sector

• Proficient in Workday Financials administration and configuration

• Capability to create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with integrated program management systems

• Practical experience working with Workday

• Highly detail-oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
