Project Executive, Grocery & Retail Construction Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Direct multi-site retail and grocery construction initiatives from the planning phase through to execution.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to formulate program strategies, budgets, schedules, and priorities.

• Supervise financial performance, forecasting, contract management, and risk mitigation.

• Lead and nurture project teams while fostering accountability and excellence in execution.

• Establish robust relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Seek out opportunities to enhance program performance and broaden client partnerships.

• Manage a national grocery retailer’s store reinvestment and construction portfolio.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership.

• Direct project teams responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in construction, program management, or project leadership.

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction initiatives.

• Experience in managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
