Project Executive, Grocery & Retail Construction Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from the planning stage through to execution.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define program strategies, budgets, schedules, and priorities.

• Manage financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.

• Lead and develop project teams while fostering accountability and excellence in execution.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Identify areas for enhancing program performance and strengthening client partnerships.

• Propel company-wide initiatives such as Safety and Sustainability.

• Assist in projects for prominent brands including McDonald's, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in construction, program management, or project leadership.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or comparable construction programs.

• Proficient in managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
