Project Executive, Grocery & Retail Construction Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee multi-site retail and grocery construction initiatives from the planning stage to execution.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define program strategy, budgetary allocations, timelines, and key priorities.

• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, contract management, and risk assessment.

• Lead and nurture project teams while fostering accountability and excellence in execution.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance program performance and strengthen client partnerships.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership.

• Manage the planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery of multi-site capital projects, store remodels, and optimization efforts across the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in construction, program management, or project leadership.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction programs.

• Proficient in managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 30% to 40% for client meetings and project site visits nationwide.
