Project Executive, Grocery & Retail Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage multi-site retail and grocery construction initiatives from the planning stage through to completion.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define program strategies, budgets, timelines, and priorities.

• Supervise financial performance, forecasting, contract management, and risk assessment.

• Lead and nurture project teams while promoting accountability and excellence in execution.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance program performance and broaden client relationships.

• Spearhead a national grocery retailer’s store reinvestment and construction initiatives.

• Manage multi-site capital projects, store renovations, and optimization efforts across the United States.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the client organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in construction, program management, or project leadership.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or comparable construction programs.

• Proficient in managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
