Project Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the gathering, management, analysis, and reporting of GLS program and performance data.

• Facilitate data collection and reporting efforts to fulfill SAMHSA requirements, including SPARS reporting.

• Collaborate with the GLS Project Director and program staff to assess program goals, outcomes, and identified disparities.

• Create clear and professional evaluation reports while supporting necessary grant reporting.

• Utilize surveys, focus groups, interviews, and various evaluation methods to collect feedback from clients and stakeholders.

• Develop assessment tools for community training and other program activities.

• Share findings, outcomes, and recommendations with internal teams, leadership, community partners, and SAMHSA.

• Convert evaluation findings into actionable opportunities for program and process enhancement.

• Assist with additional data coordination efforts within the crisis department.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of collected information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in occasional in-state travel and limited out-of-state travel for essential conferences and learning opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, or a research-focused field is mandatory.

• Required experience in collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting process and outcome data.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.

• Preference will be given to candidates with grant management experience.

• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency-specified minimum automobile coverage are required.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

• Residency in Missouri is required.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality of information in line with HIPAA regulations.
