Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support in technical planning, engineering, integration, testing, and evaluation tasks.

• Assist in converting operational requirements into technical goals and actionable engineering activities.

• Collaborate with both internal and external engineering teams to facilitate system and subsystem integration.

• Create and assess technical documentation, plans, schedules, requirements, and engineering outputs.

• Engage in technical reviews, demonstrations, testing events, and other program-related activities.

• Recognize technical risks, integration hurdles, and propose potential solutions.

• Aid in the collection and analysis of technical and operational data.

• Coordinate efforts across various technical disciplines and organizations.

• Prepare technical presentations, reports, and additional program documentation.

• Collaborate with program and safety personnel to adhere to established readiness and safety standards.

• Undertake other technical and program support tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to secure and maintain the necessary security clearance for assigned tasks.

• Experience in supporting Department of Defense, federal government, research and development, or intricate technical programs.

• Background in prototype development, system integration, experimentation, testing, or operational evaluation.

• Familiarity with government engineering and acquisition processes.
