Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement complex engineering projects.

• Assess project technical scope, objectives, and contractual deliverables.

• Formulate and execute project plans, encompassing timelines and resource allocations.

• Engage and liaise with stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee project risks and challenges.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide support to the Sheet Manufacturing sector, including Pulp & Paper, Lithium-ion Battery, aluminum, rubber, plastic films, and OEMs.

• Execute projects utilizing Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Quality Control Systems (QCS), Web inspection, and Continuous Web Solutions (CWS) product lines as required.

• Report directly to the Lead Project Engineer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in field support, project engineering, or a similar role.

• More than 3 years of experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, Quality Control Systems, and PC networking equipment.

• At least 3 years of experience with third-party process control systems.

• 3+ years of experience in virtual hardware and software setup along with network configuration.

• A valid Driver’s License.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willing to travel over 50% of the time.

• Capacity to operate in demanding environments with minimal supervision and the initiative to be proactive.
