This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with experienced Engineers, aiding in the maintenance and repair of lifts.
• Participate in remote learning courses and submit assignments punctually and to a high standard.
• Engage in training and mentorship sessions, both face-to-face and online.
• Partake in a minimum of 20% off-the-job training.
• Exhibit the skills and behaviors expected of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
• Cover a designated route within the Ringwood service branch.
• Complete a comprehensive 40-month program consisting of practical experience, mentorship, and structured learning at the training center.
• Attain a qualification in Lift Engineering.
• A minimum of GCSE Grade 4–9 (A–C) passes in both Maths and English.
• A strong interest in engineering or relevant practical experience in a similar role.
• A valid driving license or actively working towards obtaining one.
• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
• Sponsorship is not provided.
• A passion for electronics and mechanics or previous experience in a mechanical/electrical position.
