Calibration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional field-based technical expertise at customer locations nationwide.

• Conduct servicing, calibration, and sensitivity evaluations of customers' inline inspection equipment in accordance with established processes and protocols.

• Address on-site customer inquiries in a respectful and professional manner.

• Adapt to various environments and adhere to local client health and safety standards.

• Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner as per company guidelines.

• Acquire knowledge of a diverse range of products and continuously enhance product understanding.

• Collaborate by being available for overtime when necessary.

• Engage in the on-call standby rotation as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Electrical/Electronics.

• A minimum qualification of BTEC/ONC/HNC or equivalent in electromechanical or electrical engineering.

• Ideally possess experience in a field service position and be well-versed in all facets of customer service.

• Proficient in PC usage.

• Excellent organizational skills focused on consistently delivering on commitments.

• Methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Valid full driving license.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
