Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and construct robust integrations and customized features that connect the platform with client infrastructures.

• Collaborate directly with technical stakeholders and executives to gain insights into workflows and identify pain points.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and production-ready full-stack code.

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions utilizing large language models, agents, structured outputs, tool invocation, and emerging AI methodologies.

• Create strategies to assess AI systems for quality, precision, latency, cost, security, and dependability.

• Assess when AI or conventional software represents the appropriate solution.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into functional prototypes, validate solutions with users, and transform successful ideas into secure, scalable production systems.

• Serve as the customer advocate to shape the product roadmap.

• Assist clients during deployment to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues in real-time within constrained client environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical role with direct customer interaction.

• Expertise in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).

• Proficiency in contemporary frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).

• Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Comprehensive understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Firm understanding of data pipelines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.

• Experience in consulting or systems integration.
