Project Coordinator, Physical Security

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in project management tasks to guarantee timely completion of projects within the defined scope and budget.

β€’ Organize and prioritize project work orders based on resource availability and project priorities.

β€’ Collaborate with vendors, onsite personnel, various trades, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

β€’ Assess work orders to ensure all necessary information is provided.

β€’ Monitor and close work order tickets while maintaining precise documentation.

β€’ Submit finalized work orders for billing purposes.

β€’ Evaluate work order performance, response time objectives, and service quality.

β€’ Engage proactively with customers, offering status updates and fulfilling requested deliverables.

β€’ Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational protocols.

β€’ Mentor and assist team members in executing work orders.

β€’ Follow and verify deliverable checklists.

β€’ Review submitted work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.

β€’ Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED is required.

β€’ Basic computer literacy is necessary.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Basic knowledge of project management tools is preferred.

β€’ 1–2 years of experience in Project Coordination is required.

β€’ An Associate’s degree is preferred.

β€’ Experience in Physical Security project coordination is a plus, including knowledge of door access systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion alarms.

β€’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.

β€’ Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 5%.
