Project Coordinator – Photovoltaics and Heat Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between planning, order management at local sites, and installation management at 1KOMMA5° Handwerk GmbH.

• Prepare, coordinate, and oversee heat pump and photovoltaic system projects.

• Proactively manage the workloads of construction managers through effective planning, monitoring, and schedule tracking.

• Enhance the efficient use of installation teams by assigning new projects at an early stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or a degree in a relevant technical discipline.

• Background in renewable energy, with a focus on photovoltaics and/or heat pumps.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience in project management or coordinating construction or technical initiatives.

• High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Proficient in the use of digital tools.

• Strong interest in IT and technology.
