This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage, facilitate, and coordinate activities that support IT project, program, and portfolio management.
• Act as a liaison between various departments.
• Aid in the development, coordination, and planning of programs within the department.
• Effectively and efficiently coordinate the implementation and logistics of programs.
• Contribute innovative ideas for management and operational enhancements.
• Function as a resource for the planning, implementation, and closure of programs.
• May be responsible for overseeing program budgets and financials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and/or experience that meets the minimum education requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• No specific certification or professional license is mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficient in cross-functional communications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Competent in file management.
• Capable of issue escalation.
• Knowledge of IT development.
• Familiarity with IT service desk operations.
• Experience in meeting facilitation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Understanding of network administration.
• Knowledge of operating systems (OS).
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Planview Enterprise One.
• Skills in prioritization.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Capable of project coordination.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in system testing.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written communication skills.
